The CODECO Group, which is represented by the company CODECO a.s. Real Estate Development, was established to form a leading Czech property development company. The initial objective of the company is to focus on the development of real estate projects with the aim of future sales to institutional investors in the locality of Prague and later the whole of the Czech Republic. It plans to concentrate the bulk of its activities on the development of residential and office projects.

CODECO a.s. was established in 2004 on the basis of the Memorandum of Association in which 100% of shares were purchased by the company CODECO CAPITAL INVESTMENTS (UK) LIMITED, which is registered in Great Britain. It operates on the basis of agency agreements on behalf of other daughter companies of CODECO CAPITAL INVESTMENTS (UK) LIMITED, which are established for the purpose of completing the development of partially completed projects.

The CODECO CAPITAL INVESTMENTS (UK) LIMITED Company is the only shareholder of the company CODECO a.s. and these shareholders are comprised of legal and physical entities operating throughout the whole of Europe. In addition to real estate activities, they are also focused on the areas of revitalization and management of industrial plants
