Housing project KOLOVRÁTEK will be situated in the residential part of the municipality of Kolovraty on the South-East outskirts of Prague. It will offer 40 housing units (1+kitchenette - 4+kitchenette) in 3 low storey housing buildings with a ridge roof. Each flat will have a balcony or a terrace, some flats will have a small front garden. Parking is ensured partially in the basement and partially by means of an outdoor parking space. The aim is to create pleasant and practical starter's and family living in a quiet locality. Emphasis was given to preservation of the local residential atmosphere and from the point of view of usability on the layout of the flats.
