NAD BOTIČEM

The housing project NAD BOTIČEM includes the building of 80 larger housing units (71 - 133 m2) and 6 commercial units (79-111 m2) in 5 houses. The conception of the housing is created for fully valuable family living with emphasis on high-quality layout of apartments. The aim is to create a modern but intimate environment while using traditional building materials. Landscaping is also taken into account, on an area of more than 5.000 m2 of communal ground the planting of trees, bushes, hedges and lawns is planned. The target is to create an atmosphere of living in a park.

The four-floor apartment houses, in perspective and function, are divided into three sections containing 24 apartments of various sizes - from middle sized 2+kk to spacious 4+1. Each section (8 flats) has its own entrance, stairs and lift. The apartments face the sunny Southwest side. Each unit has a large terrace, some of them have a small garden. For each apartment there is at least one indoor parking stall in the basement with access to the lift going to individual floors.
