Kolbenova City Development is situated in the heart of the developing area of Nové Vysočany in city quarter Prague 9 - Vysočany. The former industrial grounds of ČKD Trakce (also named Kolbenka) includes a number of buildings at present used as storage, manufacturing and administration premises or as film studios. The CODECO, a.s. company has worked out a developer intent, according to which it will change, during the following years, the appearance not only of the grounds themselves.
