KOLBEN CUBE obtains building permit
Developer CODECO, a.s. announced that a lawful building permit has been issued for the KOLBEN CUBE office building. The construction of this building situated directly at the Kolbenova metro station (line B) is scheduled to commence during summer this year. Tender proceedings are currently in progress for the selection of a general contractor. The developer has assigned the task of finding tenants to prestigious real estate agents DTZ and King Sturge.

Prague is going to have a new quarter – Nové Vysočany
Things are starting to stir in the Prague area of Vysočany. The former industrial zone shaped like a rectangle between the Freyova, Poděbradská, Kbelská and Kolbenova streets is beginning to gradually change into a new modern city quarter. According to the planning schedule of Prague city council, the use of the entire “Large development area Vysočany” of an area of 250 hectares will change from industrial to mixed, containing all city functions inclusive of residential, culture and recreation.
