Administrative building

The building was originally projected as an administrative building with a catering facility and it is still being utilized in this manner. With respect to the increasing requirements of lessees for the standard quality of the premises, extensive reconstruction is necessary should the current use be maintained.

The current main side staircases would become secondary entrances. Conversely, the current escape staircase in the middle of the building would complete the main entrance to the building. A reception office would be established there, complete with two passenger lifts. The entrance hall would be very impressive as the height of the rooms is 5m.

The rest of the ground floor would be divided into two parts. One part would be used for commercial purposes, including a large restaurant with one or two shops. The other part could be used for sports facilities, such as bowling, ricochet, table tennis, golf teeing ground or a fitness centre. Apart from the ground floor, covering 700m², the basement could be used as well, where changing rooms or aerobic halls could be built. These ideas should inspire future operators - lessees.

On the other two floors there will be reconstructed office space, projected as "open space" or separate rooms.
