A word from the architect
The administration object KOLBEN CUBE is situated in Prague quarter Vysočany, a place with its own history and charm. This new dominant of the former industrial grounds has as its target creation of a calm and pleasant working environment, satisfying the high demands of the tenants. The whole conception of the building falls in line with this aim. Green roofs, open atria or interior green walls are planted with many kinds of plants, which form a unique environment for business meetings or pleasant moments to sit down in free time. The building is divided into 6 sections offering different working environments with the aim to satisfy a wide range of prospective tenants.
Section A-D
The division of the object reflects the specific conditions of the place such as orientation to cardinal points, sunlight, lighting and views. The drafting of this part of the building enables, in order to satisfy dissimilar space requirements of the tenants, to divide it into four freely interconnected and functionally individual blocks. The relaxation atria, which are connected with the entrance halls offer three different environments for business or out-of-office hours activities. Wooden, stone, green and water elements create a pleasant and free atmosphere.
Section E-H
This part of the building, already liberal in its basic conception, offers a large range of premises to lease. Eight storeys, with flexible area and disposition solutions, offer a breathtaking view of the whole grounds of Kolbenova City Development and the Prague horizon. The last three glass floors dispose with the possibility of above standard and individually designed offices, which capture attention by their pure morphology, boldness and simplicity with which they hover over the whole grounds with the ambition to become a new dominant feature of Vysočany, shining into the night with their double glazed façade.
The large infrastructure, close vicinity of Prague's underground line "B" station Kolbenova and three underground floors of parking lots are a guarantee of comfortable transport service of the object.
