Warehouses at Hostivař

These large storage premises are situated in a much sought after industrial zone in Prague 10 - Hostivař. Individual halls, adjacent to one another, provide an offer of more than 12 000 m² storage, production and partially administration premises. The main entrance into the grounds is through a central gatehouse with 24 hour service. To speed up deliveries a second gatehouse is at disposal. The railway siding connecting the grounds with the nearby railway station Hostivař, also leads though this gatehouse. All the halls are ground-level with direct entrance from the courtyards.
These older grounds will satisfy companies more interested in a favourable transport position rather than requesting equipment provided by modern logistic parks. Besides the already mentioned advantage of a railway siding it is possible to supply goods to most of the halls by large lorries. On both the courtyards there is ample handling space. Also the capacity for parking of other cars is sufficient.

Because of the size and position of individual halls it is possible to offer smaller individual premises around 100 m², medium sized halls up to 900 m² as well as storage sections thousands of metres in size. The height of the halls varies from 3,5 to 7 m. Also a T5 crane or a fork-lift truck is at disposal. The whole area is connected to central delivery of cold water and individual halls can be heated, electric installations in all halls are 3x 220V. Telephone lines are installed. Delivery of gas is installed to the boundary of the grounds.

An administration base is part of some of the halls. Large units have changing (locker) rooms and ample sanitary facilities. In case of need it is possible to lease offices in the administration building, which is in the grounds and has sanitary facilities that are used especially by tenants of smaller premises, that have no individual toilettes.
