MATĚJKOVA RESIDENTIAL PROJECT: ON SALE NOW
With the arrival of November CODECO has begun selling flats in the new Matějkova residential project. The project, named after the street of the same name, will be going up in Prague’s Vysočany district near the GONG theatre. There are a total of 61 flats available with three levels of standards, which makes it possible for clients to choose a flat to suit their financial possibilities.

CONSTRUCTION OF KOLOVRÁTEK PROJECT SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED AND APPROVED
The Kolovrátek residential project with 43 flats from the CODECO development company obtained its valid construction approval in February. The construction of three low-rise buildings began in September 2008 and was completed at the end of last year, precisely according to the plan. A show flat has been available for viewing since the autumn. From February the final inspections or pre-acceptance of the housing units has been underway for the new owners, who will consequently be able to start moving in.

CODECO HAS A NEW DIRECTOR
Petr Fanta was named to the function of Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the British-Czech development company CODECO. He is replacing Radek Zábrodský, who is returning to the position of Financial Director. The Sales and Marketing Director function remains unchanged with Martin Jan continuing in this position.

APPROVAL OF KOLOVRÁTEK PROJECT QUICKLY APPROACHING
The Kolovrátek residential project from the CODECO development company is currently finishing up and heading for final approval. Construction is continuing on schedule and the final inspections, i.e. the pre-acceptance of the flats with the future owners, will begin in January. The new owners will be able to inspect the condition of the completed flats (including any requested client changes) during these inspections.

CODECO CELEBRATES 5 YEARS FROM ITS ESTABLISHMENT
This autumn development company CODECO celebrates its fifth anniversary on the Czech real estate market. Since its establishment in 2004, the company has been focusing its activities primarily on the development of residential and office projects; its portfolio also includes the lease of industrial space and film studios. The company’s most notable venture is the planned revitalisation, already underway, of the large-scale 14-hectare KOLBENOVA CITY DEVELOPMENT site with its original industrial buildings in Prague 9 – Vysočany. DOCTOR’S SURGERY TO COMPLEMENT POD HANSPAULKOU LUXURY APARTMENTS COMPLEX

Industrial tradition with a touch of modernity
Development firm CODECO officially launched the development of the modern office complex, KOLBEN CUBE, in the Prague 9 district of Vysočany with the laying of the cornerstone. The project will provide 20,000 m2 of office and 2,000 m2 of retail space. The project is scheduled for completion during the first quarter of 2010 and will involve a total investment of over CZK 1 billion. KOLBEN CUBE is part of the large- scale territory, Kolbenova City Development, where up to 65,000 m2 of offices, a shopping centre and approx. 700–1,000 new apartments are to be created over the next number of years.
